We buy on In Store Credit only:

In store credit is valid for one year from the date of purchase.  Credit may be used for 100% of any used or consignment item.  You may use in store credit for up to half of the value of a new retail item.  The only exception for using credit is on local artists merchandise. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Must be made within 7 days of purchase and have receipt and if possible tags from the original purchase.  We cannot give cash or credit refunds.  You may exchange for a similar item of equal value or in store credit.  Can be exchanged for equal value in-store credit which does not expire.
